Goal setting

The first thing you always need to do when you want to make changes in life is to make a plan. What do you really want to achieve and how do you plan on achieving it? What are your long term goals and what are short term goals?

Together we are going to make a plan that you really want to stick to and fits in your schedule. When you want to make changes in your life, you need to do things you haven´t done before. Because obviously, they didn´t work so far. 

No goal is too crazy and everything can work, but not every plan works. So we need to adjust along the way instead of giving up!


Nourishment & Movement

Too many tasks on your plate are only going to make things more complicated. So we take one step at a time. I know we are all looking for a quick fix, but it took you years to come where you are today so you can´t expect to see a drastic change immediately and that is something we don´t want! We want to create new, healthy habits you can do for the rest of your life so you will never have to start over again! No more diets, no more restrictions and no more starvation. We are here for the long run!

And this time you don´t have to feel alone. We are in this together, so I am going to help you create the perfect balance between healthy living and having a treat.

Our philosophy is that food is there to be enjoyed and to nourish your body. Our main nutrition goal is, therefore, to nourish our bodies and to not feel guilt around food. Meal plans are available but we don´t want to pressure you by following it strictly. Take out of it what you really enjoy making and eating and get to know yourself and your body better each meal.

Of course, the quality of food is very important but don´t stress if you can´t afford high-quality products or bioproducts. It all matters that you learn a healthier way of eating while enjoying it! Nobody wants to eat something they don´t like, can´t afford or don´t enjoy making. I guess you can see the theme around here. We have to love what we eat! No restrictions so no guilt.


Everybody knows that moving your body is healthy for not only our bodies but also for our state of mind. Unfortunately, not everyone enjoys the workouts they have to follow.  We totally get that! To be honest, I hate sweating and that is often what keeps me from working out. So that´s why we created a lot of short (30 min max) low impact, easy to follow workouts.

If you don´t want to follow them, then don´t but go for a walk instead. It doesn´t matter how you move your body as long as you do! Like to swim? Go for a swim! There is no good or bad way of moving your body as long as you do it. We want you to feel good about everything you do and don´t feel guilty for not doing a workout one day. It´s all about the mind. And if we get to find what you love to do, nothing feels like a chore.


Ít takes 4 weeks for you to notice a change. It takes 8 weeks for your friends to notice. It takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice a change.´ You´ve probably heard of that before. It takes time to really see changes, but that is not the only progress that there is. Think about mood improvement, sleep, measurements, tolerance. There are so many factors in how you can track progress. I don´t want you to give up because you physically can´t see anything. Progress is progress no matter how big or small it is, keep going!
